RoundTower’s Boston Charity Outing Celebrates 10 Years!

The annual RoundTower Boston Charity Golf Outing was held on Monday, August 14th at Haverhill Country Club. It was our most successful year with 23% more customers in attendance and participation from our most top-tier, strategic partners. All tournament attendees and sponsors proved to be very generous, as we raised almost $20,000.

Guests began arriving at 10:30 AM and were welcomed with Foot Joy jackets, Pro-V golf balls, along with a great breakfast spread. The shotgun began at noon and was immediately followed by the charity silent auction, scramble awards, and giveaways. Throughout the day, guest were treated to delicious food stations and competed in contests such as longest drive, closest to the pin, and double your money – all in effort to raise money for two great local charities.

Gary Halloran, Managing Partner of RoundTower Technologies, played host for the day along with RoundTower account managers, practice managers, and operation teams. All proceeds from the event were donated to the RoundTower scholarship fund established by Mr. Halloran in 2007. Over the course of the tournament’s 10 years running, it has successfully raised more than $100,000.

This year’s charities consisted of Beyond Soccer & Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence.

“I can confidently say that this was our best tournament to date and we raised some serious money for great causes.”
Gary Halloran, Managing Partner of RoundTower Technologies

The Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence is a premier youth development agency which provides over 4,400 boys and girls with positive and constructive activities every year. RoundTower has partnered with the club for numerous years and is proud to donate scholarships to them again this year. More information on the club here: http://www.lawrencebgc.com/

Beyond Soccer started as a local soccer club but quickly has grown to offer “off the field” programs which increase academic performance, improve health, and cultivate leadership skills for Lawrence’s youth. For information on the club here: http://www.beyondsoccerlawrence.org/

And of course, congratulations to the winners!
